Cash donations are an integral part of our fundraising strategy each year. As such, we are starting off 2025-2026 with a call for donations to help kick start our fundraising efforts. Suggested donations start at $25/student. Donations of $50 or more receive corresponding thank you gifts.

PTSA is excited to bring back the Jogathon as the primary elementary school fundraiser of the year. Apex Leadership will be assisting to generate enthusiasm and inspire participation to ensure the event is successful - and so PTSA can continue all of its programs for the year as planned. Our primary fundraiser of the year for middle school will be Esencia's first ever Color Run! Think Jogathon, but with a colorful twist. Apex Leadership will be generating enthusiasm and inspiring participation to ensure we can reach our goal and continue to support middle school programs as planned. Show your school spirit every Friday by wearing your Hawk Gear! Esencia PTSA earns 10% of all sales and uses these funds to support essential programs for all Hawks.

This unique fundraiser provides families a way to celebrate their child or someone special with a new book. 100% of funds raised are used to support our programs.

A portion of your PTSA membership dues is used to support programs benefiting Esencia students and teachers. ($7/membership is remitted to higher levels of PTSA as required per our bylaws).

Be the highest bidder and win big at our Winter Silent Auction while supporting Esencia PTSA programs! Auction items are donated, so 100% of winning bids go directly to funding our elementary and middle school programs. Don't forget to place your bid for special teacher experiences offered by each grade level!

Our Fall and Spring Book Fairs provide the opportunity for students to discover new books and foster a love of reading from an early age. PTSA earns up to 50% of book sales, which are used to purchase books, equipment, and supplies for our ever-growing library.

There are many ways for businesses to show their support of the Esencia PTSA, including on-campus banners, event sponsorships, and give-back programs.
