PTSA Sponsored programs

Celebration Book Club

Parents have the opportunity to purchase a book for $20 from a list of district approved books that are donated to the school library in your child's name. The books are presented to students at a Friday assembly. The books have a placard commemorating the event and dedicated to the student.

PTSA Sponsored Family Nights

We have fun and interactive family nights sponsored by the PTSA twice a year. These family nights coincide with our Scholastic Book Fair to give parents and students an extra opportunity to shop.

Meet the Masters

Students are exposed to different artists through an assembly, classroom lessons, and a fun art project.

Red Ribbon Week and Blue Ribbon Week

During Red Ribbon Week, students learn about the importance of living a healthy lifestyle, making good choices, and saying no to drugs through this weeklong school event in October. Blue Ribbon Week works to help promote esteem and combat bullying in schools.

Read Across America

This is a week where we celebrate Dr. Seuss's birthday and the importance of reading with different events during the week including a fun dress-up day.

Field Trip Transportation and Assemblies

PTSA helps pay for field trip transportations and assemblies (ex. Imagination Machine).

Additional areas sponsored by PTSA

PTSA works to purchase additional items to support student learning (ex. chrome carts).

Library Books

Profits from the Scholastic Book Fairs are used to purchase library books.

Teacher Stipends

Teachers receive a stipend at the beginning of the year to purchase items needed for their classrooms.

Physical Education Equipment

Fitness is important and PTSA works to support the program by purchasing items needed to create a robust PE program.

Safety Equipment

PTSA helps the school purchase safety equipment above and beyond what the district is able to provide.

Our yearbook is put together by our dedicated PTSA volunteers.
